Sarah Gillen

Sarah Gillen is a highly respected therapist, Master Medical Healer and Intuitive, and author, with over 40 years’ experience. She is able to perceive subtle layers of energy in the psyche, body, immune system, and spirit, and how they are affected by far-reaching events of the past.

Sarah developed Inspired Dynamics for clearing old patterns, trauma, and pain that are effective on people of all ages. It is a synergy of her extensive experience in many healing traditions. Since she looks at situations from several paradigms at once, Sarah can identify cause and webs of impact that others often miss. She holds an advanced degree in psychology and draws on extensive training in attachment and developmental theories, systems theory, psychological neuroscience, breath and embodiment work, Asian Medicine including Tongren distance healing, and numerous energy modalities, shamanic, and transformative processes.

Sarah’s mission has always been to help gifted people recognize and resolve obstacles so as to free themselves from patterns and events from this life, from the ancestral lineage, and the human collective, so that we can transform the energy field for all beings and forms of Life, embrace our larger purpose, and live more peacefully and expansively as part of Gaia.

My Journey

My own life journey began with a traumatic and chaotic childhood, both of my parents having had personality disorders. Early on, I developed powerful empathic and psychic skills. I perceived energy currents in people as well as all kinds of beings and the interactions between them.

In college, I got to know psychic and energy healers from all over the USA and learn from them. I was particularly interested in healing, both herbal and anything that would help release deep patterns ingrained in early childhood. The college president and I set up a lecture series, “Alternatives to Western Medicine,” which brought some of these experts to the college campus. Dance training taught me to see the energies in bodies, and acupuncture school taught me to see the patterns in varied layers of energy.

Since I’d already had quite a bit of training in what was starting to be called transpersonal psychotherapy, I turned to a traditional psychological framework for grad school. I got caught up in object-relations depth work for a decade, but I was dissatisfied with the traditional psychodynamic approach and did not find that it effectively addressed trauma. I knew that people had more potential and capability than was recognized at the time and did not see every problem as an illness or maladaptation of the individual.

While going through a four-year health crisis, and while in acupuncture school, I realized that turning away from my extra-sensory perceptions was debilitating me and limiting my effectiveness as a healer. I created a trauma-releasing approach – a synergy of psychology (including Buddhist, attachment, trauma, and positive psychology, and then neuroscience), Asian Medicine, and several forms of Energy Medicine.

My Energy Therapy turned out to be extremely successful with trauma. It also is effective with physical pain and health issues, as it accesses the cause beneath seemingly unrelated symptoms. And because I contact the client’s Higher Self, thus bypassing the need for talk, I am often able to effect miraculous healing in babies and small children.
